Muse has a browser of its own
Meta describes consumer Muse as a personal agent with a persistent computer and full browser in its Muse Secure VM. Its productivity examples include forms, appointments, and customer-service work, with the user able to take over the browser.
That browser is Muse's own environment, different from the Chrome profile you use on your computer. An agent's separate browser can have its own authenticated sessions, but those do not automatically inherit your existing Chrome sessions.
Prepare a return from the details inside your account
Suppose you want to return an accessory that did not fit. You need the original order, the seller's instructions, and the return options actually shown for that item. You may also want to compare a replacement on another site.
Ask your chosen agent to find relevant records and prepare the decision:
“In my signed-in shopping account, find the recent order for this accessory. Summarize the return options and deadlines shown for that order. Compare the replacement I'm considering with the original item. Give me source links and a short list of questions to resolve. Do not submit a return or buy anything.”
An illustrative result could say:
Before you choose the next step
The order page shows a return option with a deadline. The original listing specifies size A; the replacement lists size B, so check the required fit before ordering.
The page does not show whether return postage is covered. Sources: order · original item · replacement.

You have account-specific facts and the unresolved question in one place. The agent helps prepare your decision rather than assuming a general policy answers every order detail.
Bring your chosen agent to the Chrome where you shop
Browser f6n connects an agent to your existing Chrome profile. It can navigate through relevant account pages, use the sessions available there, and help with a request that spans more than one website. You can follow the work in your own browser without sending website passwords to recreate its logins elsewhere.
Some retailers already have assistants for shopping tasks. Browser f6n's value is the agent you choose working toward your goal across the pages you use, including accounts or service portals without their own agent tools.
A simple handoff from the extension
Install Browser f6n in Chrome, sign into the extension, and wait for Connected. Share its popup prompt with your agent:
“Read https://browser.f6n.run/connect.md and help me connect to my local browser.”
The agent handles connection setup and guides you through approval with the same Browser f6n account. Then ask for the purchase or service task.
